Albion Street Studios in Halifax, West Yorkshire, is where you’ll find me, all my photography gear, my studio and my work wife, James Mellor, of Rainbow Trout Films. We often collaborate on projects for our clients either in our studios or out on location. Hi I’m Danny Thompson, I have a beautiful wife and 2 children and we live in Halifax. I have always been creative and studied art and design, graphic design and photography.
Since I picked up my first professional camera my love for photography has just grown. I can honestly say that this is my second love (well it’s my first, but don’t tell the wife!) Being a photographer is my passion and I love everything about it from meeting and interacting with new people, capturing the energy of the day; whether funny or emotional and creating beautiful pictures.
This is why I personally get so much from photographing Weddings, but I also love the fun and excitement that comes from Lifestyle and Studio shoots. I have enjoyed every moment of building my business and creating images that represent me.
