Our Media Centre can be found on Albion Street and is one of the most extensive and well-equipped photographic studio in the area. We’re proud to be part of the very stylish Westgate Arcade too, home to many eateries and shops. Literally, the place to be in Halifax.

Lucky for us, our neighbours are the fantastic Piece Hall. So after your photography or videography session, you can have a wander around the shops and bars at the Piece Hall, or if you’re in work mode, feel free to sub-let one of our meeting rooms to catch up on some work.

So, What Is Photography?

Being technical, photography means ‘drawing with light’ or the process in which an image is recorded. But here in Halifax, West Yorkshire, we like to describe photography as a great way of telling your story. Be that of your own personal brand or your business’s brand. Photography is part of everyone’s lives these days. It keeps us in contact with our friends, our family, our work family and reminds us of them, our past and the places we’ve been.

At Danny Thompson Photography in Halifax, we’d love to help bring your story to life through our varying commercial photography services. Be that professional headshots, a new product range you need bringing to life, property/interiors, industrial/manufacturing or anything e-commerce related.

There’s nothing we can’t photograph. Creativity is key and being clever with lighting and utilising our specialist equipment and experience; we’re sure you’ll end up with the photographs you can be proud of and ones that can support your marketing campaigns too.

Well worth noting too, that unique photography on your website or social media channels will help with ranking. Google loves originality versus generic stock shots.
