Danny has a lovely personality and it definitely shines through his work. He makes everyone feel comfortable and get their best smiles out. Would recommend for anything you need photographing. We have done his content club too out and about which was also a good way of getting some different shots. Thanks again Danny!

We had a fab day with Danny and Ellen at Shibden Hall grabbing some amazing photos for our business. Danny didn't have just two people to organise - but also our dog Merlin who decided he wanted in on the action. Never misses a trick! Danny was patient, clear, had a great vision for what we wanted to achieve and delivered some amazing pictures - all at great value. If you're looking to boost your image library then do not hesitate to reach out to him - not only will you get some fab images but you'll have so much fun along the way. Thanks Danny!

I wish I could give 20 stars... I commissioned Danny to take a series of photos - but this was not the usual headshots type of gig. I wanted to do a unique exposé on the REAL life of a CEO - the dark and light that goes on behind the scenes. The shoot would capture the hard moments when depression, self doubt, bad habits can get the best of a CEO. Then contrast that with the light side (the better side). Danny understood the assignment. Oh boy, did he understand it!!! Danny's prep was the thing that stood out to me. Before the shoot, he sent me a 'check of understanding' which demonstrated to me that he 'got it'. (It wasn't a standard gig - and I needed a photographer who was above the norm). The shoot was tough in parts (due to the emotion we were trying to capture). But Danny was absolutely amazing. He noticed when I needed a laugh or a break. His professionalism, emotional intelligence and kindness is what has made this shoot a success. Oh yeah - when I got the pics, I nearly fell off my chair because of how brilliant they were. The pics seriously were WAY better than I could have ever dreamed. His attention to detail is second to none. Seriously. If you've made it this far in this review and you're still wondering if you should hire Danny - then you need to sort your face out and sort your life out. He's AMAZING. He's the BEST. I trust him with my brand. And that's saying something. Thank you Danny - from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Danny photographed our wedding, and we honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly and made everyone feel completely at ease. He captured every special moment so naturally, and the photos are absolutely stunning. Looking through them has allowed us to relive our day all over again. His attention to detail and ability to capture genuine emotions is incredible. Danny blended into the background when needed but was always there to capture the perfect shot. So many of our guests commented on how lovely he was and how hard he worked throughout the day. We are beyond grateful for the memories he has given us and would recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing photographer. Thank you, Danny, for capturing our wedding so perfectly – we will treasure these photos forever!

Show the Full Scale of Your Morley Project

You can take plenty of photographs of a building from the ground without ever showing somebody how big the whole site actually is.

The entrance might look great. You might get a decent photograph from across the road. But what about everything happening behind the building?

I’m Danny, and that’s where drone photography can make a real difference.

Morley has a mixture of commercial property, industrial estates, warehouses and developments, particularly around its connections to Leeds and the M62.

For businesses operating from larger premises, an aerial photograph can give customers and stakeholders a much better understanding of the location.

For construction companies, it’s a useful way to document progress across an entire site rather than showing disconnected photographs of individual areas.

And if you’re marketing a property, a view from above can show the building, access routes, surrounding land and how everything fits together.

I offer drone photography and filming for businesses, developers, contractors and property professionals across Morley and the surrounding area.

The first thing I’ll want to know is what you’re trying to achieve.

Do you need photographs for a website? Images for a project report? A visual record of construction progress? Or video footage showing a completed development?

Once we’ve got that sorted, we’ll look at the site, plan the photographs and assess the proposed flight.

Because there’s a bit more involved than simply sending a drone into the air.

My job is to take care of the photography and help make sure the operation is properly planned, leaving you with images that are useful for the work you’re doing.

– Danny T.

Aerial Photography Around Morley

I’m based in Halifax and cover drone photography enquiries throughout Morley and the wider Leeds and West Yorkshire area.

Whether you’re working on a commercial building near the M62, an industrial unit at Howley Park or a development closer to the town centre, I can assess the location and advise on what’s involved.

Every site has its own considerations, particularly where there are neighbouring buildings, busy roads, people or airspace restrictions.

Send me the address or a map pin and let me know what you’d like photographed.

Professional Photography for Businesses Across Yorkshire

When a ground-level photograph doesn’t tell the full story, it’s time for a different perspective.

Drone & Aerial Photography Services in Morley

Aerial photography can do far more than provide an interesting view. For property professionals, developers and business owners, it can show the size of a site, document construction work and help communicate things that are difficult to explain from the ground. Here are some of the projects I can help with.

Aerial drone photograph documenting progress on a residential construction project

Construction Progress Photography

Document your development at important stages, from site preparation and groundwork to structural progress and completed buildings.

Aerial images can support project reports, client updates, contractor presentations and before-and-after comparisons.

Drone photograph showing industrial buildings, commercial premises and transport facilities

Commercial & Industrial Property Photography

Show potential tenants, buyers and investors more than just the front of a building. Aerial photographs can capture the premises, surrounding land, access routes and overall site layout.

Useful for industrial units, warehouses, offices and larger commercial developments.

Elevated drone photograph of rooftop solar panels and a commercial building

Roof & Building Visual Inspections

Where conditions allow, drone photographs can provide visual views of roofs, façades and elevated features that are difficult to see from the ground.

These images can support inspections by qualified professionals but aren’t a substitute for a structural or technical survey.

Aerial photograph showing residential buildings and the surrounding development

Property Development Photography

Show the layout of a development and how it fits into the surrounding area. Aerial photographs can be useful for residential schemes, new commercial premises and completed projects.

Ideal for marketing, case studies and project presentations.

Overhead aerial photograph of an industrial building and surrounding access roads

Warehouse & Logistics Site Photography

For larger industrial and distribution premises, aerial photography can show the relationship between buildings, vehicle access, yards and the wider site.

Useful for company marketing, commercial property listings and site presentations.

Top-down aerial photography showing buildings, streets and surrounding infrastructure

Drone Filming & Promotional Video

Aerial footage can introduce a property, show the scale of a development or give customers a clearer view of your premises.

We can discuss footage for your marketing team, shorter clips for social media or a finished promotional film.

PROGRESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE

Construction Drone Photography in Morley

Anyone working in construction knows that a site can look completely different from one month to the next.

Groundworks are completed, structures go up, new areas become accessible and eventually the project starts looking like the finished development.

But keeping everybody up to date isn’t always as straightforward.

The site team sees those changes every day. Clients, investors and other stakeholders might only get the occasional visit or progress report.

Aerial photography gives you another way to show what’s happening.

By photographing the whole site from above, we can capture the scale of the project and how different areas are developing.

For construction projects in Morley, we can discuss visits at particular milestones or regular photography throughout the programme.

That might mean documenting the original site, the main structural work, roofing, external works and the completed development.

Where suitable, we can plan consistent viewpoints to make comparisons between visits more meaningful.

The photographs can support progress reports, client presentations, planning discussions and completed project case studies.

Aerial video is another option, particularly if you want to demonstrate the scale of a development through moving footage.

I’ll coordinate with the site manager and relevant safety team to understand access, ongoing activities and any site-specific requirements before the flight.

The idea is to work around your construction programme rather than creating another thing for the team to worry about.

Construction Stages Worth Capturing

  • Before construction begins
  • Site preparation and groundwork
  • Foundations and structural progress
  • Roofing and external construction
  • Landscaping and finishing works
  • Completed buildings and final handover

We can plan photography around the stages that matter most to your project, whether that’s one visit or several throughout the build.

Planning Your Drone Photography Project

A successful drone shoot starts with understanding the site and what’s required. I’ll help work through the practical details so the photography is properly planned from the outset.

01 / THE BRIEF

Tell Me About Your Site

We’ll discuss the Morley location, what you want to capture and where the images will be used. I’ll ask about access, site activity, important dates and whether you need photographs, video or both.

02 / THE FLIGHT PLAN

Check What’s Possible

The proposed operation is assessed for airspace restrictions, permissions, surrounding hazards and suitable operating conditions. For construction or industrial sites, relevant arrangements are coordinated with the site team.

03 / THE FINISHED IMAGES

Capture, Edit & Deliver

When conditions are suitable, the planned aerial photographs and footage are captured. Finished imagery is edited and supplied for the agreed uses, including reports, websites, property marketing and promotional material.

Aerial Photography Across Morley & South Leeds

Morley is well positioned for industrial, commercial and logistics businesses, with the M62 and M621 providing connections across West Yorkshire.

That means there’s plenty of variety when it comes to potential aerial photography projects.

There are larger industrial premises and commercial developments around Howley Park and Gildersome, along with smaller businesses, retail properties and development sites across the surrounding area.

I cover drone photography enquiries in Morley and nearby locations including:

  • Morley town centre
  • Howley Park
  • Churwell
  • Tingley
  • Gildersome
  • Drighlington
  • East Ardsley
  • West Ardsley
  • Beeston and Middleton

I can also discuss projects further afield across Leeds, Wakefield and West Yorkshire.

Every location needs assessing individually. Photographing an industrial building close to a busy road will involve different considerations from a more open development site.

If you have a location in mind, send me the site address or an accurate map pin and I’ll look at what’s involved.

Safe, Planned & Compliant Drone Operations

Drone photography isn’t as simple as getting permission to stand somewhere and launching the aircraft.

The surrounding environment matters just as much as the site itself.

Before a flight can be confirmed, several things need considering:

  • Applicable UK Civil Aviation Authority requirements
  • Airspace restrictions and relevant permissions
  • Nearby roads, buildings and public spaces
  • People who aren’t involved in the drone operation
  • Suitable take-off and landing locations
  • Wind, rain, visibility and other weather conditions
  • Power lines, structures and site-specific hazards
  • Construction activity and site safety procedures

For commercial premises near major roads or busy industrial areas, the exact location and proposed flight are particularly important.

For active construction sites, planning may also involve coordination with the site manager, relevant inductions and health and safety documentation.

Flights are planned and risk-assessed under applicable CAA requirements, with appropriately authorised operators used for the proposed operation.

If a particular photograph or flight isn’t possible, I’ll explain the limitations and discuss whether another suitable approach is available.

Safety always comes before getting the shot.

Combining Aerial & Commercial Photography

Sometimes a drone photograph is exactly what you need. Other times, it’s part of a bigger collection.

For example, you might want to photograph an industrial business to show customers its facilities.

An aerial image can show the size of the premises, the surrounding buildings and how the site is laid out.

But customers might also want to see the equipment, people and work happening inside.

For a property development, drone photographs can show the overall project while ground-level photography captures the finished interiors, external details and quality of the completed work.

Because I also provide commercial photography, we can discuss combining both approaches as part of the same project.

That could include:

  • Aerial and ground-level property photography
  • Construction progress and finished project images
  • Industrial sites and manufacturing facilities
  • Commercial buildings and interiors
  • Development marketing and case studies
  • Company websites and brochures

We’ll discuss what you need the finished photographs for and whether aerial imagery, traditional commercial photography or a combination would work best.

Morley Drone Photography FAQs

Got a commercial building, construction site or development you’d like photographed? Here are some common questions. You can also call me on 07540 118 284.

Do you provide drone photography throughout Morley?

Yes. I cover drone photography enquiries in Morley and surrounding areas including Churwell, Tingley, Gildersome, Drighlington and nearby parts of Leeds. Every proposed location needs to be assessed before a flight can be confirmed.

Can you photograph an active construction site in Morley?

Yes, where the proposed operation can be carried out safely and legally. Live construction sites require planning around workers, machinery, site access and ongoing activity. I’ll discuss the relevant requirements with your site team beforehand.

Can you arrange regular drone visits to document construction progress?

Yes. We can discuss monthly visits or flights around important construction milestones. Where practical, planning similar viewpoints can create a consistent record of how the development changes over time.

Can you photograph warehouses and industrial estates around Morley?

Potentially, yes. Aerial photography can show the layout, size and surroundings of warehouses, industrial buildings and commercial estates. The exact location, nearby roads, people, airspace and other restrictions need assessing before a flight can be confirmed.

Can drone photographs help with roof inspections?

Where safe and permitted, aerial photographs can provide visual information about roofs, façades and difficult-to-access parts of a building. These images can support a qualified professional’s inspection but don’t replace a structural survey or technical diagnosis.

Do you provide drone filming as well as aerial photographs?

Yes. Drone filming can be used for construction updates, commercial property marketing, completed project case studies and promotional videos. We can discuss edited footage or material for your existing marketing or video production team.

Can you fly a drone near the M62 or M621?

It depends on the exact location and proposed operation. Busy roads and traffic can create significant restrictions, particularly where people or vehicles aren’t involved in the flight. I’ll need to assess the site and surrounding area before advising on what’s possible.

Are drone flights planned and compliant with CAA requirements?

Yes. Proposed flights are assessed for airspace restrictions, permissions, site conditions and relevant hazards. Operations follow applicable UK Civil Aviation Authority requirements and use appropriately authorised drone operators for the type of flight.

Can you photograph a commercial property before it goes on the market?

Yes. Aerial photography can be useful for showing prospective buyers or tenants the building, surrounding land, access routes and overall site layout. We can also discuss combining aerial views with ground-level property photographs.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable for drone photography?

High winds, heavy rain and poor visibility can make drone flights unsafe. If the conditions aren’t suitable, the flight won’t go ahead and we’ll discuss rearranging the visit for a safer opportunity.

How much does drone photography in Morley cost?

Pricing depends on the site location, access, flight planning, complexity and whether you need photographs, video or repeat visits. Send me the basic project details and I can provide a quotation based on the work involved.

What information do you need before quoting for a drone shoot?

The most helpful information is the site address or map pin, the type of building or development, what you’d like photographed and how the finished images will be used. If you have important dates, site restrictions or plans for repeat visits, include those details too.
