Danny has a lovely personality and it definitely shines through his work. He makes everyone feel comfortable and get their best smiles out. Would recommend for anything you need photographing. We have done his content club too out and about which was also a good way of getting some different shots. Thanks again Danny!

We had a fab day with Danny and Ellen at Shibden Hall grabbing some amazing photos for our business. Danny didn't have just two people to organise - but also our dog Merlin who decided he wanted in on the action. Never misses a trick! Danny was patient, clear, had a great vision for what we wanted to achieve and delivered some amazing pictures - all at great value. If you're looking to boost your image library then do not hesitate to reach out to him - not only will you get some fab images but you'll have so much fun along the way. Thanks Danny!

I wish I could give 20 stars... I commissioned Danny to take a series of photos - but this was not the usual headshots type of gig. I wanted to do a unique exposé on the REAL life of a CEO - the dark and light that goes on behind the scenes. The shoot would capture the hard moments when depression, self doubt, bad habits can get the best of a CEO. Then contrast that with the light side (the better side). Danny understood the assignment. Oh boy, did he understand it!!! Danny's prep was the thing that stood out to me. Before the shoot, he sent me a 'check of understanding' which demonstrated to me that he 'got it'. (It wasn't a standard gig - and I needed a photographer who was above the norm). The shoot was tough in parts (due to the emotion we were trying to capture). But Danny was absolutely amazing. He noticed when I needed a laugh or a break. His professionalism, emotional intelligence and kindness is what has made this shoot a success. Oh yeah - when I got the pics, I nearly fell off my chair because of how brilliant they were. The pics seriously were WAY better than I could have ever dreamed. His attention to detail is second to none. Seriously. If you've made it this far in this review and you're still wondering if you should hire Danny - then you need to sort your face out and sort your life out. He's AMAZING. He's the BEST. I trust him with my brand. And that's saying something. Thank you Danny - from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Danny photographed our wedding, and we honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly and made everyone feel completely at ease. He captured every special moment so naturally, and the photos are absolutely stunning. Looking through them has allowed us to relive our day all over again. His attention to detail and ability to capture genuine emotions is incredible. Danny blended into the background when needed but was always there to capture the perfect shot. So many of our guests commented on how lovely he was and how hard he worked throughout the day. We are beyond grateful for the memories he has given us and would recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing photographer. Thank you, Danny, for capturing our wedding so perfectly – we will treasure these photos forever!

A Better View of Your Keighley Project

Ever tried photographing a large factory from the car park?

You can usually get the front of the building, perhaps a bit of the side, but showing somebody the full scale of the place is another matter entirely.

I’m Danny, and that’s one of the reasons I offer drone photography.

Keighley has a long history of manufacturing and industry, with plenty of interesting commercial premises, mills, workshops and business sites. Add the surrounding hills and developments across the Aire Valley, and there are all sorts of locations where an aerial view can tell you much more than a photograph taken at ground level.

I work with construction companies, developers, property professionals and businesses that need a clearer way of showing their projects.

It might be a development that’s changing every few weeks, a commercial property you’re preparing to market or a building with an area that’s difficult to inspect from the ground.

Drone photography can show how everything fits together, document progress and give the people involved a better understanding of the site.

But I’ll always want to know what you actually need the photographs for before we start.

Are they going into a progress report? A company website? A property listing? Or do you need video footage for a presentation?

Once we’ve worked that out, we can plan the photographs and look at the practicalities of flying at your chosen location.

The aim is to produce aerial images you’ll have a genuine use for, not just something that looks impressive for five minutes.

– Danny T.

Local Aerial Photography Coverage

I’m based in Halifax and cover drone photography enquiries across Keighley, the Aire Valley and surrounding West Yorkshire areas.

Whether you’re working on an industrial unit, construction site, mill conversion or commercial property, I can look at the proposed location and advise on what’s involved.

Every site has different considerations, particularly where there are neighbouring buildings, roads, people or airspace restrictions.

Send me the address or a map pin, along with what you’d like to capture, and we’ll take it from there.

Professional Photography for Businesses Across Yorkshire

A whole site. One new perspective. Let’s show people what they’re missing from the ground.

Drone & Aerial Photography Services in Keighley

Aerial photography can be used to document construction progress, market commercial premises, show the layout of industrial sites and provide visual information about difficult-to-reach parts of buildings. I offer drone photography and filming for a range of commercial projects, with each shoot planned around the location and intended use.

Aerial drone photograph recording progress on a residential construction site

Construction Progress Photography

Capture how a development changes from the early stages through to completion. Aerial photographs can help contractors and developers document site progress and communicate updates to clients.

We can arrange individual visits or discuss a schedule covering important project milestones.

Commercial & Industrial Property Photography

Show the size, layout and surroundings of warehouses, manufacturing premises and commercial buildings. Aerial views are useful for marketing, company presentations and property portfolios.

Capture the parts of a site that can be difficult to explain with ground-level photographs alone.

Roof & Building Visual Inspections

Where safe and permitted, drone photography can provide visual images of roofs, façades and difficult-to-access areas.

These photographs may support a contractor’s or surveyor’s inspection, but don’t replace a qualified technical or structural assessment.

Property Development Photography

Give prospective customers and stakeholders an overview of the development, its buildings and the wider setting.

Ideal for residential schemes, commercial developments, completed projects and marketing materials.

Industrial Site & Warehouse Photography

Aerial photographs can show the relationship between buildings, vehicle access, loading areas and other facilities across larger sites.

Useful for industrial businesses preparing websites, marketing brochures, reports or presentations.

Drone Filming & Promotional Video

Sometimes a moving aerial shot tells the story better than a still photograph. Drone footage can introduce a development, showcase business premises or form part of a promotional video.

We can discuss edited footage, shorter social media clips or material for your existing video production team.

DOCUMENTING THE WHOLE DEVELOPMENT

Construction Drone Photography in Keighley

If you’re managing a building project, you’ll know that a lot can happen between site meetings.

Groundworks get completed, the structure starts taking shape, roofing goes on and eventually the development looks completely different from when you first arrived.

But not everybody involved in the project can visit regularly.

Clients, investors and other stakeholders often rely on reports and photographs to understand how the work is going.

Aerial photography can make those updates a lot easier.

Instead of trying to piece together the site from several photographs taken at ground level, you can show the whole development and how the different areas fit together.

For projects in Keighley, we can discuss photographs at particular construction milestones or regular visits throughout the programme.

That could include a view of the site before work begins, progress during the main structural stages and finished photographs once the development is complete.

Where practical, we can plan repeat photographs from similar viewpoints. This helps make changes between visits more obvious and gives your project team a consistent visual record.

Drone video can also be useful for progress presentations and completed project case studies.

I’ll work with the relevant site team to understand access, site activity, safety arrangements and the intended photographs before organising a flight.

The idea is to fit around the construction programme, not get in the way of it.

Important Stages Worth Capturing

  • Before construction starts
  • Site preparation and groundworks
  • Foundations and structural progress
  • Roofing and external building work
  • Landscaping and finishing stages
  • Completed development and handover

We can plan photography around the stages that matter most to your project rather than arranging visits without a clear purpose.

From Site Details to Finished Aerial Images

A drone shoot needs more preparation than simply arriving with a camera. I’ll help organise the practical requirements so the photography is planned properly from the start.

01 / THE ENQUIRY

Tell Me About Your Project

We’ll discuss the Keighley location, what needs photographing, how the images will be used and any important dates. I’ll also ask about site access, nearby activity and the people involved.

02 / THE FLIGHT PLANNING

Assess What’s Possible

Before confirming the shoot, the proposed flight is checked for airspace, permissions, hazards and suitable operating conditions. For active sites, the necessary coordination and safety arrangements are discussed with the site team.

03 / THE DELIVERY

Photographs Ready to Use

When conditions are suitable, the planned photographs and footage are captured. Your selected imagery is then edited and delivered for the agreed purposes, including web, print, marketing and project documentation.

Aerial Photography Across Keighley & the Aire Valley

Keighley has a real mix of locations that can benefit from aerial photography.

There are older industrial buildings, manufacturing premises, commercial properties and developments taking place in and around the town.

The surrounding hills and varied terrain can also make some sites difficult to show properly from ground level.

I cover drone photography enquiries throughout Keighley and nearby areas, including:

  • Keighley town centre
  • Ingrow and Hainworth
  • Utley and Braithwaite
  • Long Lee and Thwaites
  • Riddlesden and East Morton
  • Steeton and Silsden
  • Oakworth and Haworth
  • Cross Roads and Cullingworth

I can also discuss projects elsewhere around Bradford district and West Yorkshire.

Every proposed location needs assessing individually. A large open development site could present different considerations from a commercial building surrounded by roads, houses and neighbouring businesses.

If you have a site in mind, send over its address or an accurate map pin. That’s the best starting point for planning the photography.

Planning Flights Around Buildings, People & Airspace

Drone photography needs to be approached properly, particularly when you’re working around construction sites, commercial premises or built-up areas.

Being able to access a property doesn’t automatically mean a drone can be flown there.

Before confirming a flight, several things need to be considered:

  • Airspace restrictions and permissions
  • Applicable UK Civil Aviation Authority requirements
  • Nearby buildings, roads and public spaces
  • People who aren’t involved in the drone operation
  • Suitable take-off and landing locations
  • Weather, visibility and wind conditions
  • Power lines, trees and elevated structures
  • Active site operations and safety procedures

For construction and industrial work, arrangements may also need to be coordinated with the site manager and health and safety team.

Flights are planned and risk-assessed, with appropriately authorised drone operators used for the proposed work.

If a location has restrictions that prevent a particular flight, I’ll explain the limitations and discuss whether there’s another suitable approach.

Getting the shot is important. Getting it safely is more important.

Combining Drone & Commercial Photography

Aerial photography is a brilliant way of showing the bigger picture, but some projects need photographs from a few different perspectives.

Take an industrial business, for example.

A drone can show the size and layout of its premises, while ground-level photography can capture the machinery, people and manufacturing processes taking place inside.

For a property developer, an aerial photograph might show the whole site and surrounding area. Closer photographs could then highlight the finished interiors, exterior details and quality of the completed work.

Because I also provide commercial photography, we can discuss combining both approaches as part of one project.

This could include:

  • Aerial and ground-level commercial property photography
  • Construction progress and completed project images
  • Industrial sites and manufacturing facilities
  • Property developments and refurbishment projects
  • Business premises and workplace photography
  • Marketing images for company websites and brochures

We’ll work out exactly what photographs your business needs before deciding how best to capture them.

Keighley Drone Photography FAQs

Planning aerial photography for a building, business or construction project? Here are some common questions. You can also call me on 07540 118 284.

Do you provide drone photography throughout Keighley?

Yes. I cover drone photography enquiries across Keighley and surrounding areas, including Ingrow, Utley, Riddlesden, Steeton, Silsden and nearby locations. Every proposed flight needs to be assessed individually before I can confirm what’s possible.

Can you photograph an active construction site in Keighley?

Yes, where the proposed operation can be carried out safely and legally. Live construction sites require planning around workers, equipment, access and ongoing site activity. I’ll discuss the relevant arrangements with the site team before flying.

Can we arrange regular drone visits to document construction progress?

Yes. We can discuss monthly visits or photography around important project milestones. Where practical, planning similar viewpoints helps create a consistent visual record of the development and makes changes easier to compare.

Can you photograph factories, mills and industrial buildings from above?

Potentially, yes. Aerial photography can be useful for showing the layout, size and surroundings of manufacturing facilities, mills, warehouses and other commercial properties. The location must be assessed for airspace, access, nearby buildings and safe operating conditions.

Can a drone photograph our roof for inspection purposes?

Where safe and suitable, drone photographs can provide visual information about roof surfaces, façades and other elevated areas. These photographs can support inspections by an appropriately qualified professional but don’t replace a structural survey or technical diagnosis.

Do you provide drone video as well as aerial photographs?

Yes. I can discuss aerial still photographs and drone filming for construction projects, commercial premises, property marketing and promotional content. We can also agree whether you need edited footage or material for your own marketing or video team.

Can you photograph properties on sloping or difficult terrain around Keighley?

Potentially. Aerial photography can be useful for showing buildings and sites in hilly locations, but the terrain and surroundings are important parts of the flight assessment. I’ll need the exact address or a map pin before advising on what can be captured safely.

Are drone operations risk-assessed and compliant with CAA requirements?

Yes. Proposed flights are assessed for airspace restrictions, permissions, site conditions and relevant hazards. Operations are planned under applicable UK Civil Aviation Authority requirements, using appropriately authorised drone operators for the type of flight.

Can you fly over busy commercial areas or near residential properties?

That depends on the exact location, surrounding environment, aircraft and proposed operation. Roads, nearby buildings and people who aren’t involved in the flight can place restrictions on what’s possible. I’ll assess the site before confirming any arrangements.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable for the drone shoot?

High winds, rain and poor visibility can make drone operations unsafe. If the conditions aren’t suitable, the flight won’t go ahead and we’ll discuss rearranging for a safer opportunity.

How much does drone photography in Keighley cost?

Pricing depends on the site location, flight planning, access, complexity and whether you need still photographs, filming or repeat visits. Once I’ve got the basic project details, I can provide a quotation based on the work involved.

What information should I send when requesting drone photography?

The most helpful details are the site address, type of building or project, what you’d like photographed and how the images will be used. If you have specific dates, access requirements, safety procedures or plans for regular visits, include those too.
