I commissioned Danny to take a series of photos - but this was not the usual headshots type of gig. I wanted to do a unique exposé on the REAL life of a CEO - the dark and light that goes on behind the scenes. The shoot would capture the hard moments when depression, self doubt, bad habits can get the best of a CEO. Then contrast that with the light side (the better side). Danny understood the assignment. Oh boy, did he understand it!!! Danny's prep was the thing that stood out to me. Before the shoot, he sent me a 'check of understanding' which demonstrated to me that he 'got it'. (It wasn't a standard gig - and I needed a photographer who was above the norm). The shoot was tough in parts (due to the emotion we were trying to capture). But Danny was absolutely amazing. He noticed when I needed a laugh or a break. His professionalism, emotional intelligence and kindness is what has made this shoot a success. Oh yeah - when I got the pics, I nearly fell off my chair because of how brilliant they were. The pics seriously were WAY better than I could have ever dreamed. His attention to detail is second to none. Seriously. If you've made it this far in this review and you're still wondering if you should hire Danny - then you need to sort your face out and sort your life out. He's AMAZING. He's the BEST. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly and made everyone feel completely at ease. He captured every special moment so naturally, and the photos are absolutely stunning. Looking through them has allowed us to relive our day all over again. His attention to detail and ability to capture genuine emotions is incredible. Danny blended into the background when needed but was always there to capture the perfect shot. So many of our guests commented on how lovely he was and how hard he worked throughout the day. Albion Street Studios in West Yorkshire, is where you’ll find me, all my photography gear, my studio and my work wife, James Mellor, of Rainbow Trout Films. We often collaborate on projects for our clients either in our studios or out on location. We can help with your marketing strategy with our commercial photography, coupled with video, which is James’ bag.

We can be found on Albion Street – Providing one of the most extensive and well-equipped photographic studios in the area. Lucky for us, our neighbours are the fantastic Piece Hall. So after your photography or videography session, you can have a wander around the shops and bars at the Piece Hall.
