Terms and Conditions: By signing up to the program, you’re committing to making 12 monthly payments, regardless of whether you attend all 12 shoots. Payments will start as soon as you join and will continue for a minimum of 12 payments. After this initial period, payments will be made on a rolling monthly basis and can be canceled at any time following the first 12 payments.
You have the freedom to decide whether to attend one or all 12 shoots. However, please note that this is a 12-month subscription program. While refunds aren’t available if you can’t make a shoot date, you’ll have the option to select an additional 5 images from the last shoot you attended or a future shoot instead.
Regarding weather conditions, if a shoot needs to be rearranged due to adverse weather, we’ll do our best to choose a new date that suits everyone. However, please come prepared with appropriate gear, such as umbrellas and wet weather attire, in case of inclement weather.
In the event of any shoots being postponed due to circumstances like the Coronavirus pandemic or similar national emergencies, they’ll be rescheduled to the end of the 12-month shoot period.
To ensure smooth operation and maximize everyone’s experience, please arrive a little early for your shoot.
Any food or drinks consumed during shoots must be purchased and paid for individually by participants. While we strive to maintain consistency in shoot venues, please understand that we may need to find alternative locations if circumstances necessitate it.
You can book your one-hour time slot online up to 48 hours before the shoot. However, please book early to secure your preferred time slot, as availability may become limited closer to the shoot date.
